Mission. I'm researching the integration of differentiable programming and probabilistic programming techniques. I'm also interested in neuro-symbolic learning. Looking for a thesis? Get in touch if you are interested in programming languages and compilers, particularly those with strong and expressive type systems, and their application in AI/ML. Or if you are interested in generalizations of tractable probabilistic models. There's currently an open MSc. thesis on type inference in tractable probabilistic programms available, co-supervised with the software technology group. Contact me or see here if you are interested.
